Workshop 2 – Creating Compost
One of the best things you can do to improve your garden is make your own compost. It is a climate and budget friendly way to improve your growing area and bring your soil to life.
It doesn’t have to be complicated! In this workshop Dr Liz Lakin will introduce the principles behind making compost at home, covering the what, why, how and when. You will find out what can and can’t be composted successfully at home and learn how to get things just right.
This course is suitable for beginner or more experienced gardeners. We will have a break for tea and coffee during the session.
Whilst these two workshops are designed to complement each other, you can choose to attend just one as a standalone session
