Stories and stone walk

Come with us on a town centre walk exploring the streets and historic stories surrounding our building at East Fergus Place. Find out about the unusual memorials in Abbotshall Churchyard and the Old Kirk and hear some of the stories associated with the gravestones and memorials in the kirkyard.
The Old Kirk is due to be open to the public at this time, so we should be able to look inside too. Then we’ll return to our starting point via the High Street (including Greener Kirkcaldy’s Active Travel Hub) and the Esplanade.
Come along early for the Greener Kirkcaldy open day – Kirkcaldy past, present, future. On from 11am – 3pm.
Part of Kirkcaldy Walking Festival 2025 and Lang Toun Fest.
