Dr Bike (Healthy and Active ways to work) – Queen Margaret Hospital

Come along for free bike adjustments and advice for all NHS staff and the community surrounding Queen Margaret Hospital. This is a free drop-in event with no booking required. 

At Dr Bike sessions, our experienced mechanics check everything on your bike from wheels, brakes, gears and tyre pressure to lights, racks, pedals, saddles and more. Any minor adjustments we can make to the bike, we do there and then. This will include free replacement of brake cables and blocks where required.

For more complicated repairs that we can’t fix on site, we will let you know exactly what needs to be done and give you a rough idea of what it should cost at a bike shop.

NHS e-bikes

E-bikes are available to all NHS staff for free as part of Healthy and Active ways to work, we will have an e-bike so you can have a look and find out more info
