At our Taste of Korea workshop\, we’ll dive into this exciting food culture and cook a selection of dishes that showcase the bold\, bright flavours Korean cooking is loved for. \nYou’ll prepare a trio of classic recipes that are simple\, satisfying\, and full of character: \n\nBibimbap – a beautifully arranged rice bowl topped with colourful vegetables\, tofu\, and an optional egg\, all brought together with a rich chilli‑sesame sauce.\nPajeon – a crisp\, savoury spring‑onion pancake served with a punchy soy dipping sauce.\nOi Muchim – a spicy\, seasoned cucumber salad that’s bright\, crunchy\, and incredibly moreish.\n\nWe’ll taste a selection of Korean favourites: \n\nClassic Korean pickles and kimchi – the essential side dishes that bring contrast and balance to every meal.\n\nAll recipes are fully vegetarian\, and the workshop is relaxed\, hands‑on\, and designed for all skill levels.
