DESCRIPTION:Discover the magic of Thai cooking in this vibrant\, hands-on workshop with dishes that are fragrant\, fresh\, full of flavour and will help you expand your cooking skills. \nWhether you’re new to cooking or looking to expand your repertoire\, this workshop offers a welcoming and flavour-packed experience. In this fun and interactive session\, you’ll learn how to prepare four delicious dishes from scratch. By the end\, you’ll have a full Thai meal to enjoy and the skills to recreate it at home. \nExpect sizzling aromas\, colourful ingredients\, and a relaxed\, social atmosphere with plenty of tasting along the way! \nOn the menu: \n\nCrispy vegetarian spring rolls\nHomemade sweet chilli dipping sauce\nThai green curry with seasonal veg\nFragrant jasmine rice\n\nOur workshops are fun and informal\, our tutor will support you to prepare the recipes. Thai cuisine is all about balance – the perfect harmony of sweet\, sour\, salty\, and spicy – and in this workshop\, you’ll learn how to master that balance using fresh\, accessible ingredients and simple techniques. \nAll recipes are suitable for vegetarians. DESCRIPTION:Imagine taking your own freshly baked bread out of the oven – a crackling crust\, soft centre\, and that unmistakable aroma that fills the whole house. \nOur bread‑making course turns that moment into something you can create again and again\, giving you the confidence\, skills\, and joy of baking your own bread from scratch. \nOn our fun and informative bread making course you’ll learn a basic recipe to bake your own loaves at home and how this can be adapted to create a variety of different types of bread. \nWe’ll look at the ingredients and techniques – and how you can incorporate bread making into your daily life. \nThe course is hands-on – we’ll create a wholemeal loaf from scratch\, along with a choice of crusty plaited loaf or focaccia. There’s plenty of time to taste\, compare\, chat\, and pick up tips that make your bread better every time. You’ll leave inspired and ready to abandon shop bought bread. \nThe course is suitable for beginners.
