SUMMARY:Around Kirkcaldy Walk: Woodlands
DESCRIPTION:Enjoy a walk through some of the town’s woodlands\, along the top of Kirkcaldy and down into town.\n\nCome and explore a scenic woodland route around the edge of Kirkcaldy. This sociable walk will allow you to meet new people and discover new parts of the town.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis walk is being run in partnership with Kirkcaldy Ramblers. It is the second of three walks\, which together go all the way around Kirkcaldy. The other walks are being run on 8th and 22nd of March. \nThis walk is 7 miles long\, with a total ascent or 130m (425ft). Paths will be pavements or hardcore with some rougher ground (paths and grass) to cross. Please make sure you wear warm\, waterproof clothing to suit weather conditions\, and sturdy walking footwear suitable for muddy conditions. Remember to also bring your own water and snacks. \nWe will be meeting on Rosslyn Street\, south of Gallatown roundabout\, and finishing at the bottom of Oriel Road. Please note that this walk is one-way\, so you will need to make your own way back. \n  \nBooking Information\nThe event is free but booking is required.
