Join us for a leisurely\, sociable cycle ride. We’ll be cycling from Kirkcaldy to Glenrothes and back\, showing you handy (mostly off-road) cycle routes on the way. We will also show you some routes around Glenrothes. Please note that we may have to change the route because of e.g. weather conditions.  \nWe will be meeting outside the Bank of Scotland\, behind Asda. \nWe advise you to bring warm and waterproof clothing as well as water and snacks and please make sure your bike is roadworthy. \nParticipants should be able to cycle for 2-2.5hrs at a leisurely pace.  \nPlease make sure your bike is roadworthy before coming and wear appropriate clothes for the weather.
