SUMMARY:Festive bike ride
DESCRIPTION:Come along to our festive bike ride\, where the theme will be all things Christmas! Why not wear something red\, green or gold\, or decorate your bike with something festive? \nEnjoy the lovely ride looping past Pathhead and the beach then heading to Beveridge Park. We will then loop back down the Prom and finish in Lang Toun Cycles for some lovely festive refreshments. \nRide info:\nDistance – medium \nHills – relatively flat\, with a few short hills \nSurfaces – mainly smooth surfaces\, with some slightly rougher paths \nRoute – half on quiet roads\, half on traffic-free paths \n  \nAdditional Information\nParticipants should be able to cycle for 1.5 – 2hrs at a leisurely pace. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. \nPlease make sure your bike is roadworthy before coming and wear appropriate clothes for the weather. We will carry out basic bike checks at the start of the ride. \nRemember to also bring your own water and snacks. \n  \nBooking Instructions\nThe event is free but booking is required. You can choose to purchase a ticket with a donation. DESCRIPTION:Come along to this leisurely bike ride\, where you will learn about local wildlife in parks\, woodland and on the estuary from wildlife expert Tony Wilson. He will also talk a bit about the geology of the area. You will visit coastal and urban spots around Kirkcaldy\, including Ravenscraig Park and learn more about the natural life around us in our Lang Toun. \n\n\nMeet Tony Wilson – Tony is an expert on wildlife in the local area. DESCRIPTION:Bring your camera* along to this bike ride as we visit urban and coastal spots around Kirkcaldy\, including Ravenscraig Park. \nYou will receive hands-on advice at each stop from photographer Rob Thompson. \nRob is a multi-award winning photographer with his own studio on the High Street. He will be teaching the basics of good photography throughout the cycle.
