SUMMARY:Adult Basic Cycle Training
DESCRIPTION:Would you like to cycle more\, but lack confidence? Join our free programme of adult cycle training with local cycling guru\, Jim. We’ll be meeting weekly for an hour in Beveridge Park\, practicing our skills in the park before moving on to road cycling and simple led rides around kirkcaldy. We’ll also cover basic bike care\, maintenance and roadside repairs. The pace and route will be set by the participants and tailored to the group. \nGet some exercise\, increase your skills\, gain confidence\, learn new routes\, meet other cyclists\, and get out on your bike more! \nThis programme runs for 4 weeks\, starting Monday 22nd July 2019\, 6.30pm – 7.30pm. On the last week of the programme\, we’ll take a leisurely 45-minute ride on quiet roads out of the park on to the prom. \nGet some exercise\, increase your skills\, gain confidence\, learn new routes\, meet other cyclists\, and enjoy time on your bike with your children. \nThis programme runs for 4 weeks\, starting Monday 22nd July 2019\, 5.30pm – 6pm.
