On the last week of the programme\, we’ll take a leisurely 45-minute ride on quiet roads out of the park on to the prom. \nGet some exercise\, increase your skills\, gain confidence\, learn new routes\, meet other cyclists\, and enjoy time on your bike with your children. \nThis programme runs for 4 weeks\, starting Monday 22nd July 2019\, 5.30pm – 6pm. Max 2 children per adult.
