DESCRIPTION:Please note that social distancing will be in place throughout this ride.  \nOne of a series of regular\, leisurely rides using a mix of traffic-free paths and quiet roads. These rides are ideal for people who don’t cycle regularly and who would like to build up their confidence and fitness levels on a bike.  \nWe will be meeting by the car park in Beveridge Park.  \nRides will be adapted to suit participants’ abilities\, with breaks as needed.  \nPlease make sure your bike is roadworthy before coming and wear appropriate clothes for the weather. Basic bike checks will be carried out before the ride.
