Expect silly puns and sweet pics from Mike’s 7 months on and off the road.” \nProgramme: \n6pm – 7pm – Nibbles and natter. Light bites and tea and coffee will be provided \n7pm – 8:30pm – Rolling with the Punctures talk with Mike Elm. \n8:30pm – 11pm – Cycle ride. We will head out into the Summer Solstice evening for a group ride to take in the magnificent views across the Forth Estuary.
