Learn the tricks of the trade in this cooking class from Samantha Wells of Random Dining. If you want to impress a guest or enhance your cooking skills, this is for you.
In this class we will be preparing a starter and main course for 2 people. In the dishes we make we will learn some chef tricks to improve flavour, enhance presentation and make life easier.
Vibrant Garden Pea and Smoked Ham Soup with Apple Compote
This is a soup made with seasonal vegetables and looks as delicious as it tastes. The apple compote and smoked ham are a great addition to this soup.
Chicken Breast Stuffed with a Tomato and Basil Stuffing served with Fondant Potatoes, Creamed Savoy Cabbage and Chicken Jus
This show stopping main course has many kitchen skills in it, it is a great dish to have prepared as it all cooked on one tray in the oven.
This is a hands-on cooking class. All dishes made can be taken away and enjoyed at home.
The workshop will be delivered by Samantha Wells of Random Dining. Sam works with Greener Kirkcaldy, has vast cooking experience, and she is passionate about creating food and sharing her skills.
Some cooking skills are required to enjoy this workshop i.e. basic knife skills. Please bring some containers to take home your food. If you have any dietary requirements or allergies, please let us know when you are booking.

Accessibility
There are accessible parking bays available outside 8 East Fergus Place with a ramp into the building and level access throughout. There is also an accessible toilet. Our kitchen has an adjustable cooking station for those in wheelchairs or who need to sit while cooking.
