Clerical Assistant – 15 hours per week; fixed term to 31st March 2018 initially, with possibility of extension; salary £16,088 pro rata.

Greener Kirkcaldy is a community-led charity, working on a local scale to benefit people and our environment. We are concerned about climate change, social justice and community development.  We would like to see a future where everyone is able to heat their home affordably, eat well, and tread more lightly on our planet.

We are seeking a part-time Clerical Assistant to provide support to the Greener Kirkcaldy Energy Advice Service, which helps householders in Fife keep warm and save money, by giving tailored home energy advice, and the Community Engagement Team. We are looking for an individual with previous experience of working in an office environment, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. You will be responsible for providing clerical assistance to the Greener Kirkcaldy energy advice service and community engagement team. You will be working in a friendly, dynamic office and should enjoy completing a range of administrative tasks.
