Our funders

We thank our current and past funders for their support.

Our current funders include:

The Scottish Government’s Climate Challenge Fund, which supports communities to tackle climate change by reducing their carbon emissions and increasing their capacity to take action. They fund our ‘Zero Waste Kirkcaldy’ and ‘Gear Change to Tackle Climate Change’ projects.

The Scottish Government’s People & Communities Fund, which supports community organisations to grow and strengthen by delivering outcomes to meet and respond to the aspirations of their communities. They fund our ‘Living Well on a Budget courses and advice’, and our ‘Food works’ volunteering and employability project.

The Big Lottery Fund, which funds the Ravenscraig Community Orchard Volunteering Project.

Fife Council, which part-funds the Cosy Kingdom Energy Advice Service.

The Development Trust Associations Scotland / Scottish Community Alliance Community Resilience Fund, and The Robertson Trust, who are funding a programme of community food skills and education work.

The Big Lottery Fund’s Young Start programme, which is funding our new Greener Kids after school and holiday club project.

The development of our Training Garden at Ravenscraig Walled Garden was made possible by generous funding from the Postcode Local Trust, the CSGN Development Fund, Fife Council, Fife Environment Trust and Awards for All Scotland.

Our Community Food Hub and Greener Kirkcaldy office at East Fergus Place:

The development of our Community Food Hub and building refurbishment at East Fergus place is being made possible by generous funding from The Big Lottery Fund’s Community Assets Fund and Scottish Land Fund.
